Mr. Charles Ng, Associate Director-General of IHK, Mr. Jeffrey Sheet, General Manager of Hong Kong Productivity Council and Dr. Crystal Fox, Associate Director of Hong Kong Science & Technology Park, visited Korea from March 25 to 27. 

On March 26, 2019, Invest Hong Kong, in collaboration with Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency, hosted a seminar under the theme of "Hong Kong, Smart Innovation and Technology Hub" at the COEX InterContinental Hotel. During the seminar, the delegation introduced smart innovation manufacturing opportunities such as AI, IoT, wearable, robots, and electronics industries in Hong Kong, and explained about Hong Kong's business environment as a gateway to entering the Chinese market. 

During their visit, GBP also organized B2B meetings with Korean companies interested in entering Hong Kong and the delegation explained about the business opportunities in Hong Kong and support from IHK.

GBP has represented InvestHK in South Korea since January 2016.
