Mr. David Parker, Director of the Financial Services Team, Dalia Alsadiqi, and Yasmeen Al-Saffar, who oversee the financial and fintech industries at the Bahrain Economic Development Board, visited Korea from October 25 to 27, 2017. During their visit to Korea, GBP organized meetings with Korean financial and fintech companies interested in entering the Middle East and EDB explained about Bahrain's business environment and Fintech sandbox introduced last summer. On October 26, GBP also organized a fintech seminar for EDB unther the theme of "GCC's Fintech Hub Bahrain" and invited about 60 audiences.
